Designation : Senior Engineer I - Quality Assurance
Primary Responsibilities:
Production Responsibilities:
1.Develop organization-level NC dashboards and drive improvement actions.
2.Mentor Engineers and Associate Engineers on RCA, documentation, and debugging skills.
Engineering QA Responsibilities:
1.Facilitate FMEA reviews and integrate lessons learned into engineering cycles.
2.Ensure preventive actions are linked to engineering improvements.
Customer Support Responsibilities:
1.Present issue patterns and field risk reports in leadership reviews.
2.Lead Improvement initiatives for systemic changes to improve ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure), training, and deployment processes.
MRB Responsibilities:
Recommend improvements to MRB workflows, traceability, and disposition methodology.
QMS Responsibilities:
Support external / customer audits and certification renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.NC Management & Closure Efficiency – adherence to SLA, recurrence elimination.
2.Timeliness & Quality of RCA/CAPA – Depth of analysis, validation of effectiveness.
3.Correctness of Engineering Output Release (CMS/ECR) – Zero rollback / rework due to QA oversight error.
4.QMS and Process Compliance – Zero major NCs in audits, 100% adherence.
5.Internal Audit Schedule Adherence – Planned vs. executed audits.
6.MRB & BMS Management – Timely disposition and battery compliance reporting.
