Designation: Senior Engineer I - Embedded Hardware (Embedded Hardware Design)
Primary Responsibilities :
Design and develop circuit schematics for embedded systems.
Select appropriate electronic components based on performance and cost.
Create and review PCB layouts in collaboration with layout engineers.
Perform simulations and analysis to ensure circuit reliability.
Build prototypes and conduct functional testing/debugging.
Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC, safety, and industry compliance standards
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and validation teams for integration.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain design documentation, BOMs, and test reports.
Support supplier/vendor discussions for component availability and alternatives.
Assist in cost optimization and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) activities.
Contribute to process improvements and standardization of design practices.
Provide technical support during production and field issue resolution.
