Role : Associate Engineer II - Supply Chain Management


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Generating purchase order from PR through ERP and follow-up of material according to the delivery schedule.
  • Providing pickup plan to logistics team & ensuring material receipt on time.
  • Follow up with suppliers for certificate of conformance, compliance letters and other details.
  • Co-ordinate with Finance department for invoice verification, Payment related issues.
  • Preparing Inventory plan considering customer demand.
  • Monitoring material dispatch from vendors and monthly planned vs actual inwards.
  • Generating funds requirement plan for Project as per procurement plan & supplier payment terms.

 

Qualifications: Diploma/BE (Any Stream)

 

Desired Skills:

 

  • Should have knowledge of ERP, Negotiation Skills, Communication Skills.
  • Should have knowledge of Electronics and Components related to Electronics, MIS Report, PPT Skills. Knowledge on Imports and Custom clearance process, Handling Domestics, and International Suppliers. Should be able to handle independently on Procurement activities, Quality process, Ethical and Complaint. Should be able to drive for completion.
  • Should be able to Understand Engineering Drawings.
