Designation: Associate Engineer II - Technology Support
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, software applications, and system management tools.
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation and reliability.
- Perform regular system monitoring and maintenance, including backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Support security audits and compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of IT systems, Asset Management, configurations, and user support activities.
- Prepare and update documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Work closely with the IT team and other departments to provide technical support and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.

- Experience in handling Operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac), networking, and system security.
- Familiarity with system management tools and processes.
