Designation: Associate Engineer II - Technology Support

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

 

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, software applications, and system management tools.
  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation and reliability.
  • Perform regular system monitoring and maintenance, including backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
  • Support security audits and compliance activities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of IT systems, Asset Management, configurations, and user support activities.
  • Prepare and update documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Work closely with the IT team and other departments to provide technical support and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
