Role: Executive - Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and presentations for government procurement programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Ops) to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Support the BD Manager in planning and executing sales strategies and targets.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings for lead generation and brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external processes during deal closure.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in Aerospace, Defence, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook):
- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
